Loppusiivous 3.3. ja uudet avaimet

Hacklabin muutto uusiin tiloihin viime sunnuntaina onnistui ja porukkaa oli auttamassa hyvä määrä. Kiitokset kaikille osallistujille. Myös kalustoon oli panostettu, sillä pakettiautoja oli käytettävissä yllättäen neljä. Vaikka jalkapäivän salilla tältä viikolta voikin nyt hyvällä omatunnolla skipata, työ ei vielä ole ohi tai valmis. Meidän tulee vielä siivota vanha hacklab luovutuskuntoon ja viedä sinne kertynyttä ei-toivottua materiaalia kierrätykseen. Huomenna 3.3.2020 onkin siis loppusiivouspäivä. Toivomme taas mahdollisimman monia motivoituneita jäseniä tai motivoituneita ei-jäseniä talkoisiin.

Huomenna on myös mahdollisesti viimeinen tilaisuus nähdä vanha hacklab vielä kerran, sillä pyrimme luovuttamaan tilan ja avaimet loppuviikosta. Tämä myös tarkoittaa sitä, että avainjäsenten tulee luovuttaa vanhan tilan avaimet ennen sitä. Abloyn hyväksymät mestarikaivertajat ovat saaneet nyt uudet avaimet tehtyä ja toimitettua meille. Luovutamme ne juhlallisesti tiistaina vanhojen avainten haltijoille tai niille, jotka haluavat liittyä uusiksi avainjäseniksi. Ennen juhlallista luovutusta, tulee avaimen haltijan suorittaa avaimen panttimaksu, jolla pyrimme välttämään avainten katoamista maailmalle sekä kattamaan kadonneiden avainten korvaamisesta koituvia kuluja. Avaimen panttimaksu -tuote on lisätty Holvin verkkokauppaamme.

Uusi hacklab tila on tänään saanut kattoonsa lisää valaisimia ja ilmastointia onkin parannettu jo aiemmin. Pistorasioita saadaan lisää kunhan seinät on maalattu. Maalaus- ja väliseinänrakennustyöt päästään aloittamaan heti kunhan vanha hacklab on saatu luovutuskuntoon.

Nähdään siis huomenna.

Moving out last Sunday was a success. There were plenty of people helping out, many thanks to all of them. Surprisingly we got four vans to work with. Even though you can now skip a leg day, there’s still much work to do. We need to clean out the old hacklab completely and get rid of all the undesired materials still laying there, so that we can hand it over. So there will be a cleaning day tomorrow 3.3.2020. We hope that every well motivated member and motivated non-member can come and help out with that too.

This may also be the last chance to see the old hacklab, because we’re handing it over before the end of the week. This means that every member who has a key must turn in their key before that. The master locksmiths approved by Abloy have now finished cutting our keys for the new hacklab, so we now have the new keys. We will present them ceremoniously to those who are already key members and to those who wish to become ones. Before you receive the new key, though, you must pay a deposit for the key which is to prevent keys from going missing and to get a new key if it is lost. We have added a deposit product called “Avaimen panttimaksu” to our Holvi webshop.

The new hacklab has got new lighting today and ventilation has also been added. After painting the walls we will get more wall sockets. Painting and constructions of a partition wall will begin after the old hacklab has been cleaned.
