Tervetuloa kevät- ja syyskokouksiin
Pidämme pahasti myöhässä olevan yhdistyksen kevätkokouksen lauantaina 26.9.2026 yhdistyksen tiloissa alkaen kello 15.00. Koska kokous on niin pahasti myöhässä, niin pidämme syyskokouksen sitä vastoin hyvissä ajoin, eli samana päivänä. Huomaa, että samana päivänä on myös muuta ohjelmaa jo ennen kello kolmea.
Kokouksissa käsiteltäviä asioita mm.
- Tilinpäätös vuodelta 2025
- Tilan sääntömuutokset
- Hankintabudjetti ja hankintojen priorisointi ensi vuodelle
- Valitaan uusi hallitus vuodelle 2027*
Uusi hallitus (TÄRKEÄÄ)*
Nykyisen hallituksen pitkäaikainen jäsen aikoo luovuttaa soihdun eteenpäin. Sen takia tarvitsemme ainakin yhden halukkaan Hacklabin hallitustyöskentelystä kiinnostuneen jäsenen uuteen hallitukseen. Koska yhdistyksellä on pian 100 jäsentä, niin haluaisimme myös laajentaa hallituksen 5-6 jäseneen, jotta asiat eivät ole niin harvojen hoidettavana.
Eli jos korvaamaton työ ja huonot vitsit hallituskanavalla kiinnostavat, niin pistä asia harkintaan. Vielä parempi olisi, jos voisit ilmaista halusi liittyä joukkoon jo ennen kokousta vaikket paikalle pääsisi. Avajaiset
Noh, uusi läbi ei vieläkään ole läheskään valmis, mutta eipä se koskaan tule olemaan. Mutta nyt kun olemme saaneet tilaan voimavirran, niin voimme hyvin järjestää läbin avajaiset. Nekin ovat samana päivänä kuin kokous, eli 26.9.2026. Avajaisten ohjelma on seuraava:
- Siivous- ja järjestelytalkoot – kello 13 alkaen.
- Kokoukset pidetään välissä
- Suunnittelemme lisää hankintoja ja tilan parantelua.
- Videopeliturnaus (voittaja palkitaan)
- Grillausta pihalla
- Jatkot
Koska kyseessä ovat yhdistyksen kekkerit, jäsenet voivat tuoda itselleen virvokkeita – vaikkapa viereisestä Lidlistä.

Welcome to the Spring and Autumn General Meetings
We will be holding our very much overdue Spring General Meeting on Saturday, 26 September 2026, at the Hacklab premises, starting at 15:00. Since the Spring Meeting is already so terribly late, we thought we might as well hold the Autumn General Meeting unusually early — on the same day. Notice that there are other things scheduled before this.
Topics to be discussed at the meetings include:
- Financial statements for 2025
- Changes to the rules concerning the premises
- Acquisition budget and priorities for next year’s purchases
- Election of a new Board for 2027*
New Board (IMPORTANT)
One of the long-standing members of the current Board is planning to pass the torch. We therefore need at least one member interested in joining the Hacklab Board.
As the association will soon have 100 members, we would also like to expand the Board to 5–6 members, so that running the association doesn’t fall on the shoulders of quite so few people.
So, if indispensable work and bad jokes on the Board channel sound appealing, give it some thought. Even better, let us know before the meeting if you would be interested in joining us — even if you can’t make it to the meeting itself. Grand Opening
Well, the new lab still isn’t anywhere near finished — but then again, it probably never will be. Now that we finally have three-phase power at the premises, however, we have a good enough excuse to hold the official opening!
The opening will take place on the same day as the meetings, 26 September 2026. The programme is as follows:
- Cleaning and organising session — starting at 13:00
- General meetings in between
- Planning further purchases and improvements to the premises
- Video game tournament (with a prize for the winner)
- Barbecue outside
- Afterparty
Since this is an association get-together, members are welcome to bring their own refreshments — perhaps conveniently acquired from the Lidl next door.
